Celebrating the 117th Philippine Independence Day

Today marks the 117th anniversary of the Philippine Independence Day, and MM had her own way of celebrating Independence wearing a National Costume Filipiniana Style dress.

The fabric used in her National Costume is  most widely used fine fabric for formal Barongs and Dresses, if I am not mistaken the fabric is called an "Organza". Her hair is simply tied up to focus more on how a Filipina should be, simply simple. 

Tutus for Little Girls

Every girl is a princess and they love to be a Ballerina, I mean who wouldn't. They simply love doing those tip toes thingy that some parent can’t do. MM enjoys playing dress up, and being to portray being a fairy princess that does ballet at the same time. 

We stumbled upon this shop somewhere that sells ballerina items, and best to our luck, we found what we have been looking for.

MM found her a leotards, leggings and a ballet shoes, but, there’s a big “No, No” in this outfit.

MM wanted a fluffy tutus with ribbons and a three sister type of tutu skirt not the typical skirt attached to this leotards. I am so glad that Zalora now offers adorable clothing for little girls. I browse to their clothing line section, check on girls’ toddler dresses and viola! Found these two tutu skirt.  

I am positive enough that MM will love these tutus. And she will have her OOTD as the usual thing she does.

Outfit of the Saturday

MM had been invited for a Fun Day Event and she is wearing all outfit from Moose Gear. 

Tops is a light colored cotton blouse from Moose Girl, Shorts is a denim colored with embroidered flower design from Moose Girl with a big fashionable brown belt..  Striped Socks from Burlington and Shoes from Ororama Chain of Stores. And her smile is priceless, she is excited for the FUN Day.
